Most local customers find a business on the map before they ever open its website, so every build includes a one-off setup of your Google Business Profile:

What this is not
Customer logins, a booking system, payments, or anything else with real application logic behind it isn't in the fixed-price tiers above — but it's not off the table. We built exactly that for a Sydney insolvency law firm: a secure client portal with logins, role-based access, and encrypted document storage, built alongside their website rebuild. Tell us what you need and we'll estimate the days up front, give you the price in writing, and you approve it before we start. Bigger work is priced from 1,222 AUD850 USD per day of work, so the price follows the size of the job.

Questions to ask any web designer
Whoever you hire, get these answered in writing before you pay a deposit. Here are ours.
- Who owns the site and the domain?
- You. The domain is registered in your own account (or transferred to it if we registered it first for speed), and once the build is paid you own the design and content made for you. That’s clause 8 of our agreement.
- Where is it hosted, and who pays for that?
- On hosting in your name, and you pay the host directly. We don’t host client sites, so there’s no hosting bill from us and nothing to move if you leave.
- Is the copy included, or do I write it?
- Included. Design and copywriting are both in the build price.
- Is SEO part of the build, or a second project?
- Part of every build. Landing pages and Starter sites include Google Business Profile setup, LocalBusiness schema and AI-crawler access. The Custom build adds service-area pages and a review system, the same scope as our standalone Local SEO & GEO service.
- How long until I see something real?
- A first draft on a private preview link in weeks 1–2. Agency estimates of around two months for a ten-page site are common, so ask for a date for the first working draft, not just the launch.
- How many rounds of changes are included?
- Written into the agreement: one round on a landing page, one per stage (design, then build) on a Starter site, and two per stage on a Custom build. Extra rounds are charged at the hourly rate in the agreement, agreed before we do them.
- What do I pay, and when?
- The published price for your build, from $1,294 AUD$900 USD for a landing page to $7,114 AUD$4,950 USD for a custom build: 50% to start, 50% on completion before the site goes live. Anything outside the build, like logins or bookings, is quoted in writing first.
- Am I locked into a contract?
- No. The build is one-off. The Care plan is month to month, and you can opt out of it altogether.
- What happens if the site goes down or gets hacked?
- On Care, cleanup is included when the cause is in what Care covers. Without a plan it’s a flat $751 AUD$522 USD for up to four hours. Response times are on the support page.
Frequently asked questions
Is Local SEO really included in the Custom build price, or is that extra?
It's included in the Custom build price — Google Business Profile setup, LocalBusiness schema, llms.txt and AI-crawler access, and a review-generation system, the same scope as our standalone Local SEO & GEO service. You're not paying for the site and then paying again to make it findable.
What if I need customer accounts, bookings, or a database?
We build those. It's the same work as a website with more moving parts, and the size varies a lot: a simple booking form is a small job, a customer portal is a big one. That's why a fixed website price can't honestly cover it. Tell us what it needs to do, and we'll estimate the days up front and give you the price in writing. You approve it before we start. Bigger work is priced from 1,222 AUD850 USD per day of work.
Who owns the domain — us or you?
You. If you already have a domain, we connect it. If you don’t, our default is to register it directly in your own registrar account so there’s never a custody question — no lock-in, nothing to transfer later. If you’d rather we register it first for speed, we hand it over via a standard domain transfer whenever you want it, using the authorization code your registrar provides. Either way, the first year’s registration is included in the build price; renewal after that is yours.
What does Google Business Profile setup include?
Every build includes it. We create or claim the profile in your name, fill in your categories, services, hours, service area and website, add your logo, cover photo and real photos of your work, write the business description and a first post, and give you your review link. We also match those details on Bing Places, Apple Business Connect and Yelp. It’s a one-off setup: monthly posts and review replies are part of the Growth plan.
Can you guarantee Google approves my profile?
No, and nobody honestly can. Google verifies profiles directly with the owner, usually by phone, video or postcard, so you complete that step and we walk you through it. Google also decides whether a profile stays live and where it ranks. If Google asks for more evidence or suspends a profile, we help with the reinstatement request as a fix day.
